As of today, 12th April 2021, the showroom is back open to the public again. In order to keep everyone safe we are keeping showroom visits to appointment only for the being so please either call us on 01252622622 or email us at darren@creativedesignsfleet.co.uk. As per the law, masks are required at all times in the showroom and we have additional perspex screens for added protection and had sanitiser available to make it as safe as possible. Home visit continue to be availble and Zoom consulations if you prefer. 

As Hampshire has been moved into tier 4, the showroom must once again be closed to the public. However like in the previous lockdowns, please rest assured that deliveries and installations will still continue as normal. We are also still allowed to perform our home visits for a design consultation and if you would like to see any samples then we can deliver these to you. If you would like to arrange a Zoom meeting with any of our designers then this can of course be arranged. We have been here several times before so we know the drill and we still can operate in virtually (see what I did there) the same way and deliver the same high level of customer service to you. 

Under current government guidelines kitchen and bathroom retailers are deemed as an essential business to the construction and building industry. We are therefore remaining fully operational throughout this latest lockdown in order to provide kitchens and bathrooms to those that are potentially without these facilities due to ongoing building works. 

 

The showroom is open for this reason but will be strictly by appointment only. Home visits by the design team are also still going ahead so to book your private showroom appointment or home design visit, please call us on 01252622622 or email us on darren@creativedesignsfleet.co.uk. 

 

Our installations fall under the trade and construction category so please be assured that these will continue as normal. All our manufacturers are still operational and delivering products so that we can continue to provide kitchens and bathrooms to our customers. Although timings may be affected, all installations are still going ahead, and all products are being delivered. Small orders and non-essential works and repairs however are not being carried out at this time. 

As things progress we are starting to accept home design consultations for those who would like them. We do still encourage you to take us up on our virtual design consulations as these have been really popular and have worked very well but we understand that some rooms and requirements are just too tricky to do this way. 

 

We have made the decision that as a company policy, until further notice we will be wearing face masks when entering customers homes. Please do not be offended by this. Fask masks have been shown to be much more effective at protecting the people around the person wearing the mask than protecting the person actually wearing the mask so please be assured that we are doing this for your benefit more than ours. We will be using hand sanitisers just before we enter the property and we will keep our distance as mush as possble. The faster we can fight the spread of this disease the faster we can get back to normality.

We would like to update you as to how we are protecting everyone now that installations have resumed. All workers will be stricly obeying to social distancing and we ask you to do the same if you are having workmen in the house. This means always keeping a 2m distance and where ever possible please do not be in the same room as them. When the time comes to discuss any aspect of the installation we will let you know and you can enter once the installer has put his face mask on. Due to the phisical nature of kitchen installations they won't be wearing masks the whole time so please do give them the time to put them on beofre entering the room. We also ask that if possible, a downstairs WC be accessible for the installer and that it is not to be used by residents of the house until work is completed. Where there is no downstairs WC we will endevour to provide an outside site toilet. These measures are to protect our customers as much as our workers and the population in general. Please help us to continue to fight the spread of Covid-19 by obeying to these rules wherever possible.  

Following the most recent government guidlines, we will be opening the showroom again on Thursday 21st May by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours before and will be limited to on appointment at a time and a maximum of 2 people from the same family per appointment. Staff in the showroom will be kept to an absolute minimum and anti-bacterial wipes will be available for you to use. We will also be allowing extra time inbetween appointments to make sure that the showroom can be propely cleaned before the next client visits. We are taking the time at the moment to install protective screens to protect both our customers and our staff and these will be in place before the public are allowed to enter. Please rest assured that we are taking this very seriously and the measures we are taking are to protect everyone.

During this time of uncertainty we are offering a contact free version of our outstanding kitchen and bathroom design service. The way this process would work is that we will arrange a time that is convenient with you for us to video call you so that you can show us the room. After we've seen the room we can then talk you through how to measure it accurately and provide us with the information that we need. We will then go through with you what your requirements are for the new room and in terms of both function and aesthetics. From there we can get our initial designs drawn up and we will then send them through and arrange a phone call to go through them in detail make sure that the design is clear and understood. We can then go through any alterations that you may require until the design is perfect for you. 

 

The current situation shouldn't put your dream kitchen or bathroom on hold and we are working to allow you to continue to turn those dreams in to a reality. 

Following the government guidelines, the showroom is now closed. We regret to say that we will also have to postpone current installations until such time as the government permits our tradesmen to return to work. This is the only responsible thing to do to ensure the safety of our customers, our team and the population in general. Our manufacturers have taken the same stance and are closing the factories and suspending deliveries until the government say that it is safe to resume. Due to the nature of this pandemic, we are unsure as to exactly when the factories will be able to open again, and the tradesmen will be able to return to work. Current estimates are 3 weeks however as I’m sure you are aware; this is an ever-changing situation. All current orders have been placed with our suppliers and they, along with our teams are ready to go as soon as it is allowed so please rest assured that we will be doing all that we can to get back to transforming your rooms for you. We will let you know the arrangements for your installation as soon as we can and thank you for your understanding. 

 

All the office staff and designers are still working from home. We will be carrying on to help you with your designs so you can continue to plan your projects and have something to look forward to, which we all need right now.
