Just had Creative complete our new kitchen and WC and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From the beginning of the design process we felt we were in really professional hands. After a site visit and lengthy design brief, Dan produced a first class CAD (which looks remarkably like the finished article) and laid things out in such a clever way to maximize space, optimize functionality and deliver a real wow factor to the most important part of a family home - trust his judgement! After a few tweaks, we confirmed the order and it was smoothly integrated into the larger refurbishment we were undertaking in that part of the house. The units we chose were fully built offsite (no flat pack stuff here) and they and the worktop were excellent quality (very much as you see in the showroom). Martin fitted the whole thing expertly over a couple of weeks and, when we did spot a few issues that we wanted corrected, David the installation manager handled them very professionally and without demur to deliver a real wow-factor finish. All-in-all, this went as well as we could ever have hoped for and we now have the high-impact, sleek, gorgeous and 21st century heart of the house that we have always wanted - so well done Creative team!

You might also be interested to know that in order to compare price and quality between local boutique and large store, we also got Wickes to design and quote. Creative turned out to be far more professional, with a much better design, hugely better product AND were cheaper, so beware the big boys' large showrooms and persistent marketing - local is far better!

We are writing to let you know how delighted we are with our new kitchen you installed for us. The installation of a new kitchen is always a bit daunting and causes quite a lot of upheaval. We had waited a long time before being in a position to order the kitchen we wanted, so it was important for us to have a smooth and efficient project. From the time we met with Dan at home and in the showroom we were impressed with his project knowledge and the advise he was able to give us. All the trades people that worked in our home were polite and helpful. Without fail they all left the room clean and tidy and throughout the whole 3 weeks of the build we had a sink with water and washing machine and tumble drying facilities. The cooker was also installed as early as possible to minimise disruption. Another thing that impressed us was that all the trades arrived on time which again eased any stress.

We feel we must particularly mention Martin the kitchen fitter. His skill and workmanship is second to none and that is seen in the final installation. Also Martin the tiler worked tirelessly and with immense skill and achieved a finish on the floor and wall tiles which is a sheer delight to look at. We set him a bit of a challenge with our choice of floor tiles but he rose to the challenge! We are now able to enjoy our kichen and everything in it and would be grateful if you could pass our thanks on to all the team for their hard work. We will have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.

We are really happy with our new kitchen, it looks terrific, what a transformation! The colour of the Oak units and the Corian work surfaces go really well together.

The new ceiling, down lights, floor and wall tiling even the painting was all taken care of by Steve our installer. We had no problem leaving him with our key and letting him get on with the job. We now spend most of our time really happy sitting in our new room and looking out over the garden.

There were a good deal of hints and tips that we would never have thought of, all of which have evolved into us having a fantastic looking, but also user friendly kitchen.

Having done a great deal of research we felt their prices were very competitive and even the aftercare service has been second to none. Martin was our fitter and he was equally as professional, courteous and tidy!!! We would not hesitate to recommend this company, well worth the money.
